Executive Coordination Manager

**Job Brief:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and maintaining effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the executive as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and initiatives.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
