Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.


This role will involve supporting the growth of our sales teams by implementing and managing technical stack systems, workflows, and processes.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up integrations, automating workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
  • Implement and manage technical stack systems, workflows, and processes
  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier
  • Build out automations and workflows in the CRM with instruction and oversight
  • Communicate with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data accuracy in Looker Studio
