Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Provide product information and support to clients
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce and retailing is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
