Project Oversight Specialist

Experienced professionals are sought for project oversight positions that involve quantity surveying, architecture, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-project activities including scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical management of project execution, with a focus on cost estimation, contract administration, and architectural design.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Post-contract project management, including budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED AP.
