The Home-Based Claims Specialist role involves investigating and resolving customer claims related to branded merchandise.
A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English is required.
Responsibilities include:

We seek candidates with:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation is required.
Strong analytical and investigative skills are necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and empathetically is essential.
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits are necessary.
Familiarity with promotional products lifecycle and customization methods is beneficial.
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems used in the promotional products industry is preferred.
