As a seasoned professional in claims resolution, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of dental insurance claims. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the follow-up status of outstanding claims, documenting all interactions and updating patient accounts accordingly.
  • Sending claims and attachments to insurance companies while maintaining open communication channels.
  • Reviewing and addressing denials to ensure efficient claim resolution.
  • Generating reports and completing tasks on time to facilitate smooth claim resolution.
  • Resubmitting and reprocessing claims as needed, minimizing delays and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Clearing rejected claims and maintaining an organized workflow.
  • Updating office trackers to reflect payments and confirm that all rejected claims have been addressed.
  • Completing assigned tasks on spreadsheets, promoting accountability and timeliness.
  • Retrieving EOBs from insurance portals and posting insurance payments accurately.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills with minimal accent when speaking.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries with expertise in claim management.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in collections, driving results-oriented performance.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
