Personalized Support Assistant

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Personalized Support Assistant to play a key role in providing exceptional customer care. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, communicating, and responding to our customers via email and chat.

This position requires strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services.

The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude, takes the initiative, and maintains a positive demeanor. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, think critically and creatively to resolve issues, and demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
