Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting all technical issues and resolutions in our system.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with computer systems and troubleshooting
