\Key Application Developer Role\

We are looking for an experienced application developer to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive innovation forward.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere, MS Office Products, SQL Server, Jira Agile, and Confluence. The key responsibilities include developing automation applications using the mentioned tools, screen scraping and entering data on various sites and downstream applications.

\Responsibilities:\

  • Design and develop automation applications using Automation Anywhere, MS Office Products, and SQL Server.\
  • Streamline business processes by integrating automation with existing systems.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation applications.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and technology.\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.\
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of automation applications and services.\
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of system functionality and be able to troubleshoot issues when necessary.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.\
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to automation and technology.\
  • Conduct research to identify new technologies and innovations that can benefit the organization.\
  • Lead training sessions for team members to improve skills and knowledge in automation and technology.\
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions.\
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.\
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to automation and technology.\
  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices.
\Qualifications:\
  • \
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere.\
  • At least 5 years of experience in MS Office Products.\
  • At least 5 years of experience using SQL Server.\
  • At least 2 years of experience using Jira Agile.\
  • At least 1 year of experience using Confluence.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.\
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.\
  • Experience working with cloud-based tools and platforms.\
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.\
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.\
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
