Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the daily production goals and key performance indicators (KPI) of the transaction processing team in a large production-focused financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Refunds Specialists and AR/Chargeback Clerks in processing guest and travel agent refunds, commissions, and A/R billings.
  • Ensure daily SLA's and KPI standards are met within acceptable timeframes and in accordance with accounting policies and SOX compliance.
  • Enforce PCI compliance and due diligence for handling customer PII.
  • Work with the stateside Manager and Supervisors to receive training and guidance on applicable responsibilities.
  • Participate in the 'Train the Trainer' process and train the rest of the team upon learning the work.

Requirements:

  • College degree in finance or business.
  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a large production-focused financial environment.
  • Strong familiarity with internal controls relative to financial transaction processing environments, including SOX controls.
  • Strong familiarity with PCI compliance and due diligence for handling customer PII.
  • Strong Excel and Word skills, with above-average proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle experience.
  • Polar and Siebel experience.

Work Location: Onsite at Ayala, Manila Time: 10PM - 7AM.
