Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Operations: Ensure that all building equipment is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on reducing energy consumption and minimizing downtime.
  2. Technical Assistance: Collaborate with technical personnel to specify and implement maintenance programs for all equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  3. Contract Management: Oversee the implementation of maintenance contracts and agreements for critical equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate stock of repair materials and implement a stock card system for proper documentation.
  5. Utility Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record utilities consumption (electricity, water, and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with approved targets.
  6. Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability within our properties.
  7. Equipment Testing: Participate in the testing and commissioning of new equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with relevant safety protocols.
  8. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of resident fit-out units to ensure compliance with approved guidelines and plans.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years' working experience as a Building/Property or Facilities Engineer in residential properties or office buildings.
  • Willing to be assigned within Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Manila, Taguig, and Cebu.
