Job Description

An IT Operations professional is required to receive, analyze and resolve PC, telephone and network related problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will assist end users with general computer operation and desktop application software questions and problems, troubleshoot end user PC problems of all moderate complexity and perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.

Additional responsibilities include providing telephony support, installing and maintaining facility wiring infrastructure and generating network services reports.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Assist end users with general computer operation and desktop application software questions and problems.
  • Troubleshoot end user PC problems of all moderate complexity.
  • Provide telephony support.
  • Install and maintain facility wiring infrastructure.
  • Generate network services reports.
Requirements
  • Technical I, IT Operations degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in PC, telephone and network related technologies.
