About This Role

This is a pivotal position for someone who can strategically drive our marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise to elevate brand awareness, and ultimately, fuel revenue growth.

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of scaling paid media while fostering brand equity in prominent platforms. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performance-driven campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, community engagement, and search volume
  • Analyzing and optimizing performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms
  • Collaborating with the content team to craft compelling hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our target audience
  • Driving improvements across customer funnels, ensuring a seamless experience from awareness to retention
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC
  • Proven expertise in Shopify
  • Experience managing a team of at least three members
  • Track record of success in scaling paid media and building brand equity
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience managing KPIs
  • A creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
