Marketing Manager - E-commerce

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce operations. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital advertising and DTC e-commerce campaigns.

This is a strategic opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic, fast-growing startup and contribute to our success in global brand expansion.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and others.

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
