E-commerce Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage our client's online sales channels, drive engagement and retention through email marketing campaigns, and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Channel Management: Ensure accurate product listings on Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and Amazon.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze store performance data and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate promotions, product launches, and cross-channel marketing efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Platform Updates: Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

  • E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace and Shopify stores.
  • Email Marketing Skills: Strong expertise in Klaviyo for email marketing (flows, segmentation, A/B testing).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
