Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Policy Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective finance policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

The Finance Policy Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that finance policies and procedures are up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with industry best practices. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining finance policies and procedures manuals
  • Conducting regular reviews and updates of existing policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop new policies and procedures
  • Providing training and support to staff on finance policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear framework for finance policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide advice and guidance on finance policies and procedures to staff and management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance policy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
