Professional Opportunity

The primary focus of this position is to assist senior management in effectively managing credit risk through identification and analysis of potential risks, development of comprehensive credit policies, procedures, and manuals for various lending segments in accordance with regulatory, internal, and industry best practices.

This role involves ensuring that all credit risk management and operating manuals are properly issued, reviewed, and updated to meet existing requirements. This includes preparing policies/manuals for implementation, reviewing and facilitating completion of credit manuals for business lending units, and ensuring manual compliance with regular policy review and database management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective credit risk management policies and procedures to ensure optimal credit risk management.
  • Review and update credit risk management manuals to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert support to clients within the Risk Management Office and handle queries/consultations on credit risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit or account management or audit.
