The Treasury team is a collaborative unit comprising software engineers and business analysts across multiple development centers. We adopt an agile process, working closely with product owners and related teams to create innovative solutions and provide extensive support to our global customer base.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with team leads, product owners, and business analysts; designing and reviewing solution proposals; participating in client workshops and requirements analysis; developing and maintaining high-quality solutions; improving existing functionalities; creating automated tests and quality assurance processes; and taking ownership of your area of expertise.

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field (desired)
  • Several years of continuous relevant software development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Proficiency in Java programming languages, with Python, C++, or similar skills being valuable
  • Ability to learn and understand business needs, providing clean designs and high-quality code
  • Strong analytical mind with a structured and autonomous approach to tackle complex technical and business problems
  • English language proficiency as the primary means of communication globally

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Experience in the financial industry and/or treasury topics
  • Knowledge of Avaloq or other Treasury IT vendors
  • Domain-specific standards like FIX protocol, SWIFT MT, or MX (ISO20022)
  • German or French language skills
