Job Overview

The primary role of a Senior Technology Professional is to provide technical expertise and support for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex systems or applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • System Development
    • Develops high-quality software solutions following industry-standard best practices.
    • Maintains quality by executing unit tests and implementing best practices in coding and security.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of applications.
  • Leadership and Value Creation
    • Assists in conceptualizing application proposals and identifies impacted areas.
    • Contributes to technical runways approaches and applications design.
  • Business Requirements
    • Collects and documents user requirements and develops user stories.
    • Provides estimates and work plans.
  • Support and Maintenance
    • Provides user support for maintained applications based on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Performs maintenance and enhancements for existing applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in developing software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of .Net, MS SQL, APIs, and database management.
  • Experience with production support environments and responding to change requests, incidents, and task requests.
