We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter with expertise in identifying top talent and cultivating strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding high-quality candidates.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to final hiring decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will interact with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing.
- Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness, and online media platforms.
