Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our healthcare staffing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments—ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Source nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings, utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms.
- Screen candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria, including ICU, ER, OR, and other relevant areas.
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely submissions of qualified candidates with complete documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on licensing and credentialing requirements, adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.
This is a full-time position working Monday–Thursday, 8AM – 6PM EST and Friday, 8 AM – 5PM EST, with occasional evening work.
Qualifications:- 1–2 years of experience sourcing for healthcare roles, preferably travel nursing or acute care.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
