Requirements

  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems, supporting smooth workflow.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, ensuring consistent performance.
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues, providing exceptional customer care.
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation, fostering strong relationships and resolutions.
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious), upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage, adapting to dynamic environments.
