Disaster Relief Support Specialist

The Disaster Relief Support Specialist will work remotely, providing exceptional customer service to individuals affected by disasters.

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. The specialist must be highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with service inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Familiarize themselves with common requests and solutions for disaster relief
  • Improve the customer's experience during a difficult time
  • Elevate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
