Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, escalating questions to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
  • Beverage Support Material Coordination: Liaise with the sales team and external design agency to ensure accurate and timely delivery of beverage support materials.
  • Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, ensuring all materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule.
  • Sales Support Coordination: Manage inbound marketing support requests from the sales team, circulating design drafts for feedback and communicating deadlines.
Requirements:
