Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Posting and Management Expert to join our Amazon Healthcare team. As a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring that patient accounts are reconciled in an accurate and timely manner.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring insurance payments are posted to the correct patient account in our Healthcare Management System by monthly close. You will also investigate and post insurance and patient refunds, as well as contribute to the successful management of healthcare receivables operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of cash application and account reconciliation processes, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for improving operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of insurance payments to patient accounts
