About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving technical issues and providing timely support via email, Slack, and chat.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting complex problems, identifying root causes, and offering solutions or escalating when necessary. To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer support by responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions or escalate when needed
  • Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ecommerce support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a plus
