Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and establish strategic partnerships with various industries, including credit, debit cards, business loans, crypto platforms, deposit products, insurance, remittance services, e-wallets, and telco services.
  • Lead partner outreach, negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner performance.
  • Communicate directly with legal counsel on contracts and compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Collect and organize required documentation for accreditation and onboarding, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform ad hoc operational tasks as needed, providing exceptional support to the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, legal operations, partnerships, or account management within emerging markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with legal or compliance documentation.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, driving results and innovation.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a cross-border team, adapting to diverse work environments.
