Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with significant experience in using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

This is a full-time role, requiring the ability to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate and timely financial data management.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing general ledger accounts, preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is also required.

The selected candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and client billings.
