Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Citadel Shipping Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and selling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
