At MAXIMUM SOLUTIONS CORPORATION, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using software.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Excel and Kintone.
