Tableau Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tableau Analytics Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the creation, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards using various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, user-friendly Tableau dashboards that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of dashboard solutions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across all dashboards.
  • Deliver reports to the business team in a timely manner, using effective communication skills to present complex data insights in an easily digestible format.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in building dashboards and scorecards using Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and data source integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
