Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
