Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle sensitive information with integrity.
