Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial planning analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing financial models that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role
  • Serve as a subject matter expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of financial planning processes and technologies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning software.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop authoritative research and advice that addresses the priorities and challenges of senior finance leaders.
  • Deliver high-quality advice: Present research findings and recommendations to clients through face-to-face and video-based presentations.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience: 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in large multinational organizations, with a proven track record of transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies associated with financial planning processes, data analysis/modelling.
  • Integration skills: Experience in integrating financial planning process with operational and business strategic plans, emphasizing planning agility, scenario planning, and Integrated business planning.
