Job Description

The Customer Service and Administration Representative plays a critical role in the success of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Booking and Managing Contractors: Coordinate with independent contractors to book jobs, process tax invoices, and assess reports for both lounge service division and Accidental claim warranty.
  2. Liaising with Contractors: Define company policies and procedures under client guidelines to provide unbiased reports after assessing lounges.
  3. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with National Service Manager, Resolution Case Manager, and Service team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  4. Email Management: Respond to emails regarding contractors, quote approvals, booking confirmations, and travel cost approvals.
  5. Processing Goods Returns: Process Goods Return Authorization (GRA) for international suppliers for repair claims and delivery drivers for damage claims based on contractor reports and invoices.
  6. Tax Invoice Processing: Process tax invoices and GRA, ensuring timely emailing of copies to the creditor team.
  7. Customer Enquiries: Liaise with inbound customer enquiries across digital channels (email, Facebook, Instagram, live chat).
  8. Customer Reviews: Monitor customer reviews and follow up promptly for case resolution (Google review, product review etc.). Utilize internal tools & systems to track, monitor, and resolve customer queries & issues.
  9. Conversion of Enquiries: Assess and convert customer enquiries into potential purchases.
  10. Digital Marketing Support: Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing related activities for the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
