Job Title

Structural Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet quality standards.
  • Execute Sprint plans by creating and communicating a plan of approach, understanding and documenting tasks, committing and executing the plan, and reconciling it with the project team as needed.
  • Manage client coordination tasks, including proactive communication, collaboration with other disciplines, and identifying underdeveloped areas in design.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as seeking continuing education, participating in material groups, and updating standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • 3+ years Revit Experience.
  • Working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment.
