We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design strategy for our suite of interactive gaming and entertainment platforms. This is a high-impact role where your work will shape the look, feel, and usability of products used by thousands of users every day.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create user interfaces that deliver exceptional experiences on modern gaming and entertainment websites, including mobile-responsive designs
  • Evaluate user feedback, analytics, and internal UX evaluations to enhance user experience across platforms
  • Mentor and review junior designers, providing constructive feedback to improve their skills
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable interface components
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product vision

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (bonus points for Zeplin, Principle, or similar tools)
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles
  • Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) is a plus
  • Intermediate or higher English communication skills, both written and spoken
