As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training solutions across various sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of compliant training materials, ensuring they meet national standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Support:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to RTO compliance regulations and quality control protocols.
    • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our training processes.
    • Develop and update traditional training materials, incorporating instructional design principles to create engaging learning resources.
  • Administration:
    • Provide general administrative support to the training team, ensuring seamless coordination of training schedules, enrolments, logistics, and communications.
    • Apply your expertise in Microsoft Office to develop and edit training documents, presentations, and assessments.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Proofread and edit training materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance with all relevant guidelines.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal project teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
    Requirements
    • Demonstrated experience in an Australian RTO environment.
    • Strong understanding of RTO compliance (ASQA) and training frameworks (ADDIE).
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with high attention to detail and proofreading skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
