Job Overview

The Reinsurance Finance Analyst role oversees the processing, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions. This includes providing leadership, direction, and coordination of operational activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of accounting and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare financial reports.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Senior Leaders in the forecasting and annual budget process.
  • Ensure consistency and effective suite of reports provided to business enabling management to monitor business profitability.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Finance and/or accounting background with technical experience in database design.
Work Experience

Necessary Work Experience:

  • Some relevant work experience within a complex financial services organisation.

Preferred Work Experience:

  • Project management and change management experience.
  • Consistent and constructive people management capabilities.
