Job Title

We are building a comprehensive data infrastructure to power our online communities. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in bridging data infrastructure, backend systems, and AI operations.

The successful candidate will design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like dbt and Snowflake.

A deep understanding of modern data stacks including dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, JavaScript, and Python is required.

The candidate should also have experience with rapidly deploying tools like GPT or custom agents.

The successful candidate will own our backend architecture, integrate third-party platforms, and support internal tools and workflows.

  • Design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and other micro-services/tools that support operational and community use cases.
  • Own our backend architecture, with an emphasis on scalability, automation, and velocity.
Requirements
  • Have deep experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, JavaScript and Python).
  • Are comfortable working in AI-native environments.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning problems end-to-end.
