Job Opportunity: Data Engineer

This role combines data engineering expertise with DevOps practices, data governance, and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data workflows that support analytics, reporting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop optimized data warehouse architectures for performance and scalability.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Apply CI/CD and infrastructure automation practices for data workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and warehouse performance.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering and data warehousing.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and cloud platforms (cloud preferred).
  • Experience with tools such as Python, PySpark, and data lakes (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Oracle Analytics).
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practices.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)
