Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions within the Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, credits, and payments in a timely manner to meet business requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide customer service and support to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinating with suppliers to resolve disputes and improve compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, preferably with CMA certification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or finance roles, preferably in a large organization with strong customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable systems, processes, and practices, including ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manipulate data and present findings effectively.
