We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to support our Talent Acquisition team.

- Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and provide a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
- Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance.
- Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
- Quality-check offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, with background in high-growth / fast-paced environments.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Workday as an ATS.
- Scheduling tool experience.
- Ability to quickly pick up tooling and follow processes for clean data creation.
- Professional and positive demeanor with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in reactive, ambiguous, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
