Job Description

As a key member of our Digital Assets team, you will be responsible for developing scalable and secure backend services for banking and digital assets. Our team is passionate about innovation and uses modern technologies such as Apache Kafka, REST APIs, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) to drive growth in the financial industry.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Architects, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software design, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of banking and digital assets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack Java development, with a focus on Spring Boot, JPA, GraphQL, Liquibase, and Spring Security.
  • Advanced proficiency in RESTful API development and traditional software development processes.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, including JUnit and Mockito.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes) and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for banking, digital assets, and blockchain.
  • Experience with Avaloq Core Banking System.
  • Knowledge of AngularJS for building UI applications.
  • Oracle, PL/SQL expertise.
