Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our Product team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to create visually compelling, high-converting brand kits and digital assets that resonate with our clients' brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing graphics, branding materials, and other visual content to support our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design: Develop design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
  • Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
  • Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Requirements
  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
