Creative Production Manager

As a creative production manager, you will lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our organization. This involves actively creating compelling visual content, such as graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing creative assets: You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Project management: You will oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team leadership & collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & revisions: You will collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.

For this role, we require exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management software and tools, including ClickUp. Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content is also essential.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment is preferred.

This role requires the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
