Job Title: Brand Creative Head or Creative Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and upholding the brand's creative vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

This is a key role that will lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing creative teams.

  • Develop and oversee concept development, art direction, and execution of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to generate innovative ideas.
  • Approve final creative deliverables for production and release.
  • Cultivate relationships with photographers, stylists, influencers, and external creative partners.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (experience in beauty, fashion, or cosmetics is an advantage).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign development, and innovative design concepts.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography direction, video production, and digital content creation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and passion for creativity.
