Job Title

Data Strategist - Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist II.

This role involves managing digital media, third-party, and client data streams across multiple clients, responsible for ingesting, QA, cleaning, transforming, and visualizing digital marketing performance data. Develop data visualisations, reports, and ad-hoc analysis for both internal and client usage.

  • Manage ETL pipelines of digital media, third party, and client data streams across multiple clients.
  • Develop complex data visualizations and reports using platforms like Salesforce Datorama, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for both internal and client usage.
  • Provide input and guidance around data visualization and reporting structures to team members.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in performance data and work with team members to provide strategic insights that drive optimization and campaign strategy.
  • Become an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem and in media analytics tools across digital channels.
  • Mentor and train new or junior team members on data best practices, tools, and proprietary software.

Requirements

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ability to think creatively about challenging problems, and hands-on experience working with cloud-based data management tools like AWS S3, Athena, and Amazon Glue Studio for ETL development.

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and ability to manage ETL pipelines and automate data workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing complex data visualizations and reports using various platforms.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
