Job Title: Data Insights Professional

The role involves data preparation, recurring reporting, dashboard upkeep, and quality checks to transform people data into clear, reliable insights for HR and business partners.

Data preparation includes validating and cleaning datasets from HR systems, running data quality checks, flagging anomalies, and documenting fixes. Recurring reports involve preparing and refreshing people metrics (headcount, attrition/retention, tenure, internal moves, compensation) on monthly/quarterly cadences. Dashboard upkeep requires updating and QA existing dashboards, ensuring filters and definitions work as intended, and making layout/content tweaks as directed. Ad-hoc analysis involves pulling extracts and running basic analyses (pivots, lookups, simple SQL queries) to support data analysis and investigations. Documentation maintains data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.

Required skills include 1-2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential, with familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) a plus. Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms, would be beneficial.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
