Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data handling and analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
Effective Data Collection and Management:
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining CRM systems for efficient data management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective data collection processes.
  • Conduct thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality data.
Programming and Data Modelling Expertise:
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and analysis.
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate repetitive data processing tasks.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive data models and schemas.
Outstanding CRM Support:
  • Provide excellent support for CRM-related issues and queries.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.
  • Work with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Develop presentation skills to present data findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows.
  • Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks.
