As a data professional, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through actionable insights. We are seeking an ambitious Junior Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics function.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis and problem-solving, with a strong foundation in SQL and BI tools like PowerBI. You will work closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members to transform operational data into actionable insights that empower both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to internal clients by gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Query and investigate databases to answer stakeholders' questions and address data issues.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Support other Analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Requirements

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • A love of data, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles.
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions).
  • Understanding of data modeling skills.
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn.
